BSNL a Government of India UP (East) Telecom Circle, Lucknow Special Recruitment Drive (SRD) for filling up vacancies of Telecom Officer (Electrical) for PWD (Persons with Disabilities) open competitive examination (OMR based).

Education Qualification
- B.E
- Bachelor of Technology
Or equivalent in Electrical Engineering from a recognized institution, pass out on 31/12/2013.
Age of Eligibility
Locomotive one arm/leg or both affected, or Hearing (may be deaf) impairment (LI or HI) 40% with minimum degree of disability.
Selection Process
- Competitive Examination for Physically handicapped candidates only in UP (East) in telecom circle.
- Exam will be of three hours duration with 1 question paper following three categories.
The Three Categories are

| Electrical Engineering (50 Ques) 2 mark each | Section II |
| G.K (20 Ques 2 mark each | Section III |
